  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

  • Certain products (e.g., clearance items, gift cards, personalized items) are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • To speed up processing, please include photos of the item when contacting customer support.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, AWsoul will provide a prepaid return label.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Final Sale Items

Please note that clearance products, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
