1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (U.S. only).

  • For orders under $50, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations at extra cost)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • AWsoul is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • AWsoul is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
